Music at the Marston: Concerts for Historic Preservation
For the second year in a row, the Marston House Gardens plays host to an unforgettable end-of-summer music experience! SOHO presents a series of three outdoor concerts featuring the best of Americana, folk, country, and blues music in a festival of extraordinary women singer-songwriters.

Set in the enchanting historic rose garden, this concert series offers a unique and intimate setting. Picture this: Three talented artists sharing the stage, their music, and captivating stories in the round to engage and delight everyone.

Tickets for each show are available for $10 for SOHO members and $12 for non-members. Be sure to grab yours in advance to secure your spot.

Meet our amazing musicians
September 1: Annie Bethancourt, Suzanne Panza, and Lisa Sanders
September 15: Micah Justice, Ashley E Norton, and Julia Sage
September 29: Cathryn Beeks, Lauren Leigh, and Eve Selis

Remember to bring your own lawn chair or blanket for ultimate comfort. We'll have light refreshments available for purchase, but feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks as well. Let's keep the garden clean by packing in and packing out.

We're proud to partner with the San Diego Commission for Arts and Culture, which helps support non-profits like SOHO. By attending this event, you're contributing to our citys arts and culture community. SOHO, founded by two artists, has always been deeply connected to the arts, starting with the art of architecture. The Marston House, with its rich history of music and dance, is the perfect venue for these concerts. George Marston himself was known for his passion and support for the arts.

SOHO events not only provide quality entertainment but also raise awareness about the importance of preserving historic buildings, sites, and landscapes. Proceeds from ticket sales and donations will directly benefit the talented musicians and support arts and culture programming at the Marston House.

While you're here, don't forget to explore the Marston House Museum Shop, exclusively open for concertgoers. Consider becoming a SOHO member to save $2 on each concert ticket and enjoy a 15% discount when shopping. Plus, your purchases directly contribute to historic preservation efforts.

Now, more than ever, we need your support. During the challenges of the past three years, SOHO has had to postpone signature events that traditionally raised funds for our mission. Please help us preserve San Diego's unique cultural and historic places. If you're unable to attend the concerts but still want to contribute, we warmly welcome your donation.

Join us at the Marston House Gardens for a remarkable music series that celebrates the end of summer in the most captivating way. We can't wait to see you there!
